Returns & Exchanges

In the case that you are not satisfied with your order, you may be eligible for a refund less a $40 restock fee if:
• Merchandise is returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Return merchandise is unworn, undamaged, and unwashed.
• Merchandise has all tags and accessories attached.

You may be eligible for a partial store credit, or exchange for a similar item if:
• Merchandise is returned within 30 - 365 days of purchase.
• Return merchandise is worn, damaged or washed.
• Merchandise is missing tags and accessories.


We reserve the right to refuse a refund, credit or exchange if any items that have any signs of accident damage, alterations, or misuse. Free return shipping within the US is once per order with the included shipping label. Shipping expenses outside of the US for a return are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for your return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed. 

If you have received a defective or incorrect item from our direct site:

1. Contact us to initiate a return or exchange by emailing
2. Return item(s) with the supplied shipping label and be sure to include your RETURN RECEIPT in the box. On you RETURN RECEIPT, please include your name, contact info and order number. Please also indicate whether you would like to do a return or exchange.
3. Make sure to also tell us why you would like to return the item. If you would like to exchange your item please note the new size and item that on the RETURN RECEIPT. 

4. We advise you use the return label (if provided) to return the merchandise. You may use any alternative shipping method of your choice. However, shipping cost for the return are then the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable/insured postage that requires a signature upon receipt.

If you have purchased our products through one of our affiliates, please contact their respective websites for assistance. If you experience any difficulty in resolving your issue with your local retailer or distributor please let us know. Your prompt and courteous satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will provide you with further instructions.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about your return.
